Chobani Black Cherry Brownies


Following my kind package from Chobani* at the dinner I attended by them (post here) I decided to try one of their recipes and see if making brownies with yogurt could really work.  This recipe is so easy and quick which for a dessert is always a plus!


9 Servings - 15 Minutes prep time

INGREDIENTS

225g Chobani Black Cherry Strained Yoghurt*
225g sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
115g unsalted butter
285g bag chocolate chips
170g plain flour
½ tsp salt

PREPARATION


Step 1
Whisk Chobani, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Step 2
Melt chocolate chips with butter; let cool. Whisk into Chobani mixture, then stir in flour and salt.

Step 3
Bake in a greased 20-cm baking dish at 175°C, 35-40 minutes.

That's it!  Very easy and simple




And this is the finished result.  

And they are....... amazing!! They were the most moist brownies I have ever tasted and the subtle black cherry adds something different which I really like.
